Big Questions???

I was watching something random on TV last night and the character said..."now that's a big question." It immediately stuck me as an interesting question to ponder about questions. What differentiates a small question from a big question. Often at work, I guess, it is measured in time. How long is it going to take to explain the question and obtain a response? With kids, I guess it can be the ability the question has to change the impressionable mind away from innocence. Sometimes with our family and friends questions are measured by the time it takes to think about it in order to suggest a response or formulate advice. Ultimately, I decided it was the impact the response has on the person asking. When the answer significantly alters your situation. Some big questions that come to mind..."will you marry me?" (anyone ever thought about how loaded that question is?? amazing, really), "will you work for me, here?", "mommy, why is that spider not crawling anymore?", "friend, what should I do". Even when I think about the small questions; are they really that insignificant that we would call them small? Perhaps, that is why people say "there are no small questions." What big questions have you considered/been asked?

What does Dusty's grandma say in "Pure Country" when George, I mean Dusty, acuses her of never answering a question directly? ..."there are no answers, only the search." ha. I love it..."Pure Country" philosophy. Without questions, there is no search.

Word Up. Tomorrow we are going to talk about answers.
