Well, my baby boy's walking. That boy took his first steps just after Christmas and it has taken him 2 months to take off. I am convinced he has had the skill and coordination for several weeks, however the laid-back Chase was taking his sweet time. He has finally made up his mind though that he wanted to be a little more mobile. And he is doing great. I find it fasinating to watch him try new things like turning around on those feet to go another way. Definitely requires some concentration. I am also happy to report Chase is totally off formula and is down to 3 bottles of milk a day. This weekend we are converting to the sippie cups and bottles will be packed away for another day. My little Chase is growing up and I couldn't be more proud. Funny how life changes so drastically in short increments. Chasy's world has just gotten a lot bigger. And mine, well, I will trade preparation-of-bottle-time for running after Chase time. I think I am going to like chasing better...pun absolutely intended. Word Up Chase.
