Life's Little Breathers
I would like to stop and reflect today on life's little breathers. This week is spring break all over the city, no traffic, no buses, the boss is on vacation, most of my co-workers are on vacation, the weather is getting nicer, I finished all the chores this past weekend, I cooked over the weekend so that I don't have to tonight, tomorrow night and the next. Ahhh....life's little breathers. Enjoy them when they come and while they last.

Say, I could use a little breather...like going with "Uncle Rohan" on a Cape Buffalo hunt this year!
I'm guessing you jinxed yourself and ended up spending the evening plunging a toilet or in the emergency room.
I am very impressed with your make-ahead cooking! You should share your menu. I hope your night was nice and relaxing. (Enjoy it -In a few years you will have soccer or cub scouts or something like that in the evenings!)
